Continuous Assessment & Certification
Especially when it comes to that mandated compliance or health & safety training, haven’t you often thought – ‘why am I having to do this again, when I already know it!’
If you haven’t, then I gotta tell you, many people have! Okay, well, if you can prove it, you are good to go!
You may choose to ask people to get certified when they first join you – or you may not – but thereafter we can enable continuous assessment. That might be a short, randomised quiz every month or two: pass it, fab! Repeatedly fail it, sorry, you are going to have to re-certify, ie. re-take the course or other relevant training.
