AI
Compliance
It means we use AI where it is most efficient and effective, but contain and restrain it all times with Human oversight. We have a well-documented procedure for the development of every course, with audited and tracked sign-off by a human at all key gateways:First, for each subject, we will use AI to research and provide trusted source recommendations, eg. original legislation; govt guidance, relevant institutes etc. A human then reviews and approves or rejects those sources. Thereafter the AI tools are constrained to those sources only, so as to avoid ‘hallucinations.’Next, we use two separate, independent AI tools to each draft a knowledge bank from the approved trusted sources only. Each AI tool then reviews and compares each other’s drafts, out of which a cross-checked, synergized draft is prepared. That process is supervised throughout by a human who signs off the final knowledge bank.AI will then create a first draft script based upon set human prepared principles and procedures. That script is reviewed, revised and finally signed off by a human.AI is then used in creating the media assets for the course, ie. videos, images etc. with heavy human involvement and final sign-off. And finally, AI is used to create the SCORM version of each course, again with human sign-offAnd finally, AI is used to monitor any legislative changes so as to flag any updates that might be required. If so, we start the process all over again!
